    I also just had an epic experience with a boxy uneven cut. I was a return client to the same hairdresser and hoped we could tweak some issues I had from last time and to work with her but, I guess not. It's worse this time. I will also be going to one stop to get this fixed. Cheap is expensive but than again I've gone to high end salons and had a bad experience. People please listen to customer and take pride in workmanship, we put food on your table.

    Received a terrible haircut today from one of the senior stylists. Completely uneven, blunt ends, boxy shape. You get what you pay for, but there is no excuse for the cut I got.

    My son has an Afro which I made clear when I booked the appointment when we got there the 'top' stylist snipped a bit off and when finished told us she could have washed it and combed it but that would have taken forever and a ton of conditioner. I thought that was the point of making an appointment?

    Freindly personable lady's who care.i walked in blond long hair n left a new woman.short new style new colour.felt comfortable all the way.
